BOOKING POLICY
We have a flexible booking policy, understanding that many things can happen and arise which are out of our control.

When booking you will be asked to confirm with a credit card.

We cannot do this for you and staff cannot take or view your credit card details as they are protected in our Fresha software system, one of the top 5 global salon systems.

Should you fail to attend your appointment without any communication we will charge you 50% of your appointment value, if this fails it will be added on as a fee to your next booking.

If communication is made too close to the time of your booking it is at our discretion or within 48 hrs you are charged 25% of your booking. Failure to confirm your appointment with a valid credit card means your booking remains in our system and is still valid.

Should someone else want your booking time and you have not confirmed we will contact you for immediate confirmation.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up until 24hours prior online in your Fresha profile.

Failure to not show up to two or more bookings in a row will result in a pre payment including fees for any future appointments
