Our booking policy is one of the most flexible salon policies around. We understand that bookings made may need to be changed, rescheduled or cancelled. Our policy ensures that this can happen with understanding and respect in all fairness across both our clients, staff and salon.

We appreciate your understanding as we do our best to commit to our clients as well as provide our staff with professional wages and fulfilling careers.
when making a booking

Booking
Your appointment can be booked online 24/7, over the phone, on socials, email or in salon. Once booked please cross check the date, time, salon location, and services selected.
2.
Confirmation
We send you a text requesting confirmation of your booking. We do this so that we can allocate the necessary time for staff and ensure we can service your requirements. We require valid credit card details in our fresha bookings system to show us your commitment to attend your appointment. No charges are deducted prior or during any booking process. Our staff are unable to see, read, enter, change or review any card details entered.
3.
Rescehdule or Cancel
We understand that things may change and the need to cancel or reschedule your appointment may occur. You may cancel with a minimum 24hrs notice prior to your appointment online at your leisure. You may also cancel communicating directly with the salon during opening hours. Leaving a message or email out of hours will be considered failing to communicate as they are not read until the following days opening hours.
Rescheduling is also possible up until 24hrs notice.

Penalty Charges
Should you need to reschedule or cancel your booking and fail to do this within the 24hr notice period your card will be charged 25% of your booking. Should you fail to show up to your appointment your card will be charged 50% of your booking.

We encourage open and honest communication with our clients. If you are not completely satisfied with the service you received, we request that you notify us promptly so that we may have the opportunity to make it right.

If you have concerns about your recent salon service, please send an email outlining your concerns within 14 days of the date of your service. In your email please include the following information.
- full name as per the booking
- descriptions of the service received
- detail of your concerns

Once we receive your email, our team will promptly review your concerns and reach out to you to acknowledge receipt of your email. We take client feedback seriously and are dedicated to resolving any issues to your satisfaction.

Resolution
We will work with you to understand your concerns and determine the best course of action. This may include scheduling a follow -up appointment . This appointment can be with any of our senior stylists in any of our three locations and we can also work together to provide you with the most suitable stylist for your service.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that you leave our salon satisfied with your experience. If after our efforts to resolve your concerns, you are still not satisfied, we will explore further options to make it right to the best of our ability.
